1. Services
Seventhsites provides website design, development, hosting and maintenance services for businesses across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia. The scope of each project is defined in a separate agreement or quotation.
2. Pricing
Package prices shown on this site are starting prices, not fixed-price guarantees. The final quotation depends on scope, integrations, content, product quantity and technical requirements. Prices may be displayed in different currencies; unless a local market price is explicitly configured, conversions are indicative and not a confirmed local quotation.
3. One-time vs recurring fees
Website design and development is a one-time project fee. Hosting, domain registration and renewal, and optional maintenance and support are recurring or separate charges. Third-party fees, payment processing charges, premium software and domain renewals may be charged separately when applicable.
4. Timelines
Project timelines depend on scope, content readiness, revisions and integrations. We do not guarantee fixed turnaround times. Agreed schedules are confirmed during discovery.
5. Concept portfolio
Projects shown in our portfolio are concept work created to illustrate the kind of experiences we craft. They are not live client projects and no client endorsements, statistics or awards are implied unless explicitly stated.
6. Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a binding order. A project begins only when a quotation is accepted and an agreement is in place.
7. Hosting
We do not promise unlimited services. Hosting plan allowances (storage, bandwidth, backups, support scope) are as described in the plan you select. Until plans are configured, hosting is available on request.
8. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final website deliverables, subject to any third-party licences included in the build. Seventhsites may display the work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues caused by third-party services outside our control.
